River Place Owners Association
River Place Owners Association ( RPOA ) is an umbrella organization that provides services to the entire River Place community. The 1700 River Place homes are situated in four buildings - River Place North, River Place South, River Place East and River Place West. The seven member RPOA board is made up of representatives from each of the four residential buildings and each of the three commercial buildings on our 16 acres. RPOA is managed by a full-time staff located on site.
RPOA serves the community by providing:
- 24 x 7 Patrol Services
- Staffing and maintenance of the Entertainment Center which includes a gym, game tables, sauna, steam room, locker rooms and a multi-purpose room available for rent
- Parking management and maintenance
- Grounds management and maintenance
- Other related services
